What happens between appointments
Your support takes place during appointments. Between two meetings, the person returns to daily life, habits and the situations you have worked on. Souffle can offer guided support at those moments.
What the people you support will find
- A guided daily session, lasting from a few minutes to around twenty minutes, with progressive induction, deepening and post-hypnotic suggestions.
- An express session, available in one gesture, with visual and vibratory breathing guidance for a difficult moment.
- “If–then” plans written by the person and revisited during the sessions intended for them.
- A path after a lapse that preserves progress, helps identify what happened and allows the person to resume without turning an isolated episode into abandonment.
- A journal and counters they can show you during an appointment.
What you can personalise
| Identity | Your name, logo, colours and practice address. |
| Scripts | Your own texts, instead of or alongside ours. The format is a simple file of sentences and silences. |
| Voice | Your recordings can offer a more natural experience consistent with your support. |
| Program | The duration, session order, encouragement texts and displayed milestones. |
| Program | Six programs already written—tobacco, sleep, anxiety, confidence, concentration and screens—or your own. |
How it works in practice
1
A one-hour discussion
Your topics, how you work and what you would like the people you support to do between appointments.
2
Your scripts formatted
You provide your texts; sequences and silences are adjusted with you, then reviewed with you before publication.
3
An address to share
People open a link and can add the application to their Home Screen. No account is required and Souffle does not centralise their progress data.
An important point, and one that works in your favour. Souffle centralises no progress data. If you later wish to work on scripts or a voice, this can be done without turning the tool into a health-data platform.
Write to us
Tell us your speciality, the type of people you support and what is currently missing between appointments. We will reply as soon as possible.
